ABTRAKS

In this study, measurement of the level of student satisfaction with the services STMIK Neumann campus that uses fuzzy logic, used 6 fuzzy variables, namely, tangibles, assurance, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and facilities as input variables and variable values as a variable output level of satisfaction. In this study mamdani method is used to measure the level of student satisfaction and application used is MATLAB. With mamdani used a four-step method to get the output. The first step is determining the fuzzy set of each input and output variables. The second step is the application functions of the implications of using the MIN function. The third step is the composition of the rules by using the MAX function. The fourth step is to change the output of fuzzy numbers to numbers or defuzzyfication firm, defuzzyfication method used is the centroid. Value level of student satisfaction with the services STMIK campus Neumann whose value is derived from the questionnaire and then adjusted with fuzzy membership on the nutritional value of the variable to obtain the value of the level of student satisfaction.
