ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK UNTUK MEMILIH KEPUTUSAN PELANGGAN DARI MUDHARABAH DEPOSIT PT. BANK NEGARA INDONESIA (BNI) SYARIAH PERSERO, TBK KANTOR CABANG MEDAN

 ABSTRACT

The title of this research is “ The analysis of the influence of the Product Quality to the customers’ choosing decision of the Mudharabah Deposit in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Persero, Tbk Branch Office Medan”. The aims of this research are to analyze and explore the influence of Product Quality which consists of performance, features, reliability, serviceability, aesthetics, and perceived quality to the customers’ choosing decision of the Mudharabah Deposit in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Persero, Tbk Branch Office Medan, also the correlation between competition and the decreasing of the Mudharabah Deposit customers. The first hypothesis of this research is that Product Quality which consists of performance, features, reliability, serviceability, aesthetics, and perceived quality influence the customers’ choosing decision of the Mudharabah Deposit in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Persero, Tbk Branch Office Medan, and the second hypothesis is competition has a correlation with the decreasing of the Mudharabah Deposit Customers.

The first hypothesis uses the multiple linier regression analysis with the F-test and the t-test  which is purposed to know the influence of the independent variables to the dependent variable with 95 % significant level (α = 0,05). The second hypothesis uses the rank spearman correlation test to know whether there is a correlation between competition and the decreasing of the Mudharabah Deposit customers in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Persero, Tbk Branch Office Medan.

The analysis result shows that performance, features, reliability, service ability, aesthetics, and perceived quality have a significant influence to the customers’ choosing decision simultaneously with the 0.000 significant level. The coefficient of determination (R2) of independent variables to dependent variable is 0,870, it shows the ability of performance, features, reliability, serviceability, aesthetics, and perceived quality explain the customers’ choosing decision of the Mudharabah Deposit and the residue (13 %) is explained by other variables.

The result of t-test (partial analysis) shows that performance, features, reliability, service ability, aesthetics, and perceived quality have a significant influence to the customers’ choosing decision and performance is the most influent variable to the customers’ choosing decision. The Rank Spearman Correlation test result shows that competition has a correlation to the decreasing of the Mudharabah Deposit customers in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Persero, Tbk Branch Office Medan.

The conclusions are that performance, features, reliability, service ability, aesthetics, and perceived quality have a high significantinfluence to the customers’ decision to choose Mudharabah Deposit and also competition has a correlation to the decreasing of the Mudharabah Deposit customers in PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Syariah Persero, Tbk Branch Office Medan.
